Your Listing Flyer Concierge

To RE-SEND an earlier MondoFlyer:

1 - First, on this screen, you'll save a BLANK flyer:

• Enter your email address, as usual
• For the headline: put a short temporary headline such as "new copy" (when you copy a flyer it copies the old headline which you can then edit as needed)
• Enter the listing date, and click the "Let's go!" button

2 - On the next screen (a blank flyer), COPY your old flyer (instead of re-importing the listing):

• Click the "Import Listing" button
• Click COPY (not import)
• Choose the old flyer you want to copy

The importer will simply copy the flyer you choose, and then you can edit anything you want (headline, price, photos, open house info, etc).

Coming Soon or Off-market?

1 - First, on this screen, you'll save a BLANK flyer:

• Enter your email address, as usual
• For the headline, start with "Coming Soon" or "Off-Market" or whatever term is appropriate.
• Enter today for the listing date, then click the "Let's go!" button.

2 - On the next screen (a blank flyer), you'll skip the "Import Listing" button (since there is no listing to import) and add your listing details:

• Click the "Edit Text" button to add the address, beds, baths, and description.
• Click the "Album" button and upload 3-6 photos you want to use. (You can upload more if you also want the system to create an automatic Photo Gallery.)

The importer will simply copy the flyer you choose, and then you can edit anything you want (headline, price, photos, open house info, etc).

Headline Guidelines

At a minimum, headlines should include # beds (or size of lot if a bare lot) and structure type. (Structure type can be the architectural style such as "Craftsman" or "Mid-century Modern" or "Brick Rancher" or "Condo", or, if you're at a loss for words, simply the number of stories such as 'single-story' or 'split-level' or '1.5 story')

(Busy agents have come to appreciate and expect accurate, specific subject lines from MondoFlyers so they can tell at a glance in their inbox which flyers are most relevant to them. This actually increases, not decreases your open rate.)
